Mulberry & sassafras smoked yellowfin tuna served chilled with a Yukon-gold potato & dill brandade

Fresh figs stuffed with spicy abruzze sausage, basil, & goat cheese, baked to order; accompanied by grilled bread & a honey-fig reduction
