Bocconcini (Little Gift from the Chef): Blistered tomatoes on toasted baguette with goat cheese crema, herbs & balsamico

 First Course : Heirloom Greens tossed in a Lemon-Herb Vinaigrette with Goat Gorgonzola, Pine Nuts & Raisins

Second Course: Ricotta gnocchi with pancetta, caramelized onion, basil & tomato in a butter sauce with chicken stock

 Third Course: Grilled flat iron steak with poached peaches, white wine sauce & sautéed fennel 

Fourth Course:  “Bonet alla Piedmontese” – a silky coffee & chocolate custard
