The best part is guest get to taste the best of the day, offered over several small courses, with a wine pairing option. What’s not to love?

We’ve been serving a tasting menu weeknights since 2014. Join us Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings–it’s truly a weekday dining gem.

Read on to learn why our weekday tasting menus are so special.

Tasting menus are creative. One of the most exciting things about the tasting menu is that it invites a new approach, which is fun for our chefs as well. It’s a way to reward our loyal customers with a bit of novelty.

Whatever their inspiration for a dish, chefs Nicole and David use a “balancing” method, seeking to round out its flavors. To make the menu, a dish has to hit many tasting notes (salty, sweet, crunchy, savory, bitter). Most of all, due venti menu items have to generate excitement for the chefs to create and taste.

Tasting menus are fresh. We reach out to our purveyors for fresh inspiration weekly. This is our chance to use the bounty of the season to craft delicious new dishes for our guests.

Our chefs choose ingredients our partners have at peak color and flavor, and pair them with recipes new and old, including some heirlooms from Chef Nicole’s family from Italy. The results speak for themselves.

Tasting menus are efficient. A due venti principle is that we deliver a dining experience that exceeds expectations, both in flavor and service.

Our tasting menus are truly a no-fail dining experience. It’s a perfect choice for guests new to dining with us, as well as when guests hope to enjoy a weeknight date but need to get home before the kids’ bedtime.

Try the wine pairing. There are usually pairings offered for 3-4 of the 5 courses. Usually, we select wines that are unique and less-than-obvious, which makes it a fun way to explore the wine list, as well.

No reservation required to partake for parties of fewer than 4 guests; Menu changes weekly; $43 Per Person
